We use water, dirt, sunshine and lots of love to grow a unique selection of seasonal flowers. Â The vibrancy of the flowers, which in nature is designed to attract pollination insects, compliment dishes of all types.
how to use
Beyond their use on plates, edible flowers are wonderful garnishes in cocktails and other beverages. They are also beautiful on cakes, desserts and in candy.

NOTE: Not all flowers are edible. Some are poisonous and can cause illness. Do not eat any flower or petal until you are certain of a correct identification and how it was grown. We advise against eating flowers from florists, supermarkets, garden centers and plant nurseries as they will almost certainly have been sprayed at some point and the chemicals used are not deemed fit for human consumption.
